Next Day Delivery
We aim to deliver all orders placed, before 2.30pm, by the next working day. We can also offer our 3 tier premium service to deliver before 9.00am, 10.00am or 12.00 noon at extra cost. If you order one of our premium delivery services, and we fail to arrive by the time specified, then we shall be pleased to credit the premium charge back to your card.

Returns & Refunds
Should you wish to return goods please contact our office and we shall be pleased to explain our returns system.
If goods have been damaged in transit then you must mark the carriers note accordingly upon delivery. Please note that no claims for goods damaged in transit can be accepted if this procedure has not been followed as we are unable to recover these costs from our carrier.

If the goods you received are of faulty manufacture or are not as ordered, we will be pleased to exchange them or provide a full credit as you request.

Please note that we charge a 30% re-stocking charge, to cover administration costs, when goods are returned because of incorrect ordering by yourself. If you have any questions regarding suitability for your machine or type of paper etc please contact us before purchase.
